Basic Training – Kegels

Kegel training needs to be approached with the same level of logical rigour as resistance training in general. That is, progressive overload, periodisation and recovery are key.
There are two types of basic kegel that you need to teach your women.
The standard kegel
This is where she clenches and contracts her pussy. The best way to have her identify these muscles is to tell her to stop the flow of urine mid way through having a leak. This is the kegel contraction.
The reverse kegel
This is where she pushes and relaxes her pussy muscles. When she re-commences the stream of urine, this is the action of the reverse kegel.
Your women must perform both types of kegel to maintain a balanced pelvic floor

How to Implement
You are probably wondering how on Earth you are going to convince your women to perform these exercises. The answer is an easy one.
Do not convince her; instruct her.
You need to broach the matter carefully. The last thing you want is for her to think that she is training to ‘correct her loose pussy’.
